My alarm is not going off
Check that notifications are allowed for AlarMind, and that another alarm app is not set for the same time.
Focus and Do Not Disturb can also delay notifications.
Where do I change my affirmation phrase?
Select the alarm and edit the phrase on its edit screen.
It is not recognising what I say
Check that microphone access is allowed, and speak clearly somewhere quiet.
Also check that the phrase language matches the language you are actually speaking. If they differ, recognition often fails.
When speaking aloud is not practical, you can dismiss the alarm by typing instead.
I would rather type than speak
Each alarm has its own dismissal method, so you can set voice or typing per alarm.
What happens if I do not say the phrase?
If you neither speak nor type the phrase, the alarm rings again after one minute.

How do I get rid of the ads?
Open the app settings and make the one-time ad-free purchase. Banner ads stop appearing for good. Every alarm feature works the same either way.
Why are there ads now?
AlarMind became free so more people could try it without paying up front. To keep developing it, a banner ad now appears at the bottom of the screen.
If you prefer no ads at all, a single purchase removes them permanently.
I bought the app before. Why do I see ads?
If you bought AlarMind before it became free, you keep the ad-free experience with no extra payment required.
If ads are showing, open the app settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you originally bought it with.
If that does not fix it, email us with your receipt and we will sort it out.
I changed phones and the ads came back
Open the app settings and tap Restore Purchases to load your purchase again.
Check that you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Will I be charged again later?
No. Removing ads is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
Buy it once and ads stay gone on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.
I would like a refund
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple under its own policy. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.
Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple Account and select the purchase to request one.

Does my voice or my phrase get sent to a server?
No. Speech recognition runs on your device, and neither your voice nor your phrases leave it. They are never used for advertising either.
Do the ads collect data about me?
Serving an ad involves an advertising identifier, device and environment details, and a country or region level location. Your phrases and voice are not part of that.
To opt out of personalized ads, go to
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off the permission
for AlarMind. You will then see ads that do not identify you.

How do I delete my data?
Alarms and phrases live only on your device, so deleting the app deletes them.
